This wedding planning package is for the couple interested in getting married at a private residence. Tented weddings at a private home have their own challenges and need a seasoned event professional with a high attention to detail. With this service, we handle the process of building a venue from the ground up, which is one of our favorite experiences. The possibilities are endless. Some of the areas we handle are: the rentals, lighting, tenting, permits, parking, bathrooms, and power sources. This is in addition to anything included in our full planning services.
01. We handle the not so glamorous, such as making sure there is the appropriate bathroom setup.
02. Power - The last thing you want is a wedding that goes dark, unless you are going for a quiet candlelight vibe. We communicate with all the vendors involved to make sure we know their power requirements, and arrange for them to be met in a safe and unobtrusive manner.
03. Backup plan after backup plan. When you don’t have a venue to fall back on, a lot more goes into creating a plan in case of inclement weather. We help create Plan A, B and even C so that your day goes smoothly, regardless of the climate.

Tell me your story. This is when we get to know each other, and explore what the planning experience will look like. I introduce you to your virtual planning portal, and outline our next steps. All over a cup of coffee, or bubbly, whichever you prefer!
Inspiration + Vision
This is our design phase, and where the magic happens. We dive into all that inspires you. All of this will go into creating your design guide, a multi-page vision board that walks you through your wedding day from start to finish.
Planning
We can start using your inspiration to build your vendor team. Each recommendation will be hand-picked for you based on style, personality, and budget. We want you to have a team that will work together seamlessly to create a flawless experience for you and your guests.
Production and Execution
In the last 2-3 months leading up to your wedding day, we move into production mode. This is when we finalize your timeline, work on your floor plan, and update your rentals. We meet at your venue to walk through the day from start to finish, often with the caterer by our side.
Celebration
We arrive early to make sure every detail is in its place and every vendor’s question is answered. You spend the morning relaxing, fully present, knowing we’ve got you covered. You arrive at the day you have dreamt of - a wedding that is authentic, filled with your favorite things and people.
