After watching Bridgerton, and falling in love with the aesthetic, I knew I needed to create an editorial inspired by all the lovely details. Blithewold Mansion in Rhode Island was the perfect venue, as it was designed in the style of an English country estate. It was the perfect backdrop for a pastel palette, with elegant regency accents. Our Pheobe had several dress changes, to reflect her different personas throughout the season. My personal favorite is the dress with the bow in the back. The hanging florals were inspired by the party season in Season 1 with all the hanging lightbulbs. And of course there had to be a lot of blue, since that is one of the Bridgerton family colors. It was so fun to play around with this concept, and create something so romantic, just like the show and novels.
